🎯 “Good Manners: The Environment” is a card game about how our everyday choices touch nature. The child sees two sides of the same thing: litter dropped and the same litter in the bin, a tap left running and a tap turned off. Here environmental care is not a lecture but something the child notices for themselves.
✨ What does it develop?
- Values and respect – the child learns to tell right behaviour from wrong;
- Empathy – every situation is looked at from both sides: how does the other person feel?
- Speaking and reasoning – the child has to explain why they chose that card;
- Attention and visual perception – pairs are found by comparing details in the pictures.
🎲 How to play
The cards form pairs: one shows good behaviour, the other the same situation handled badly. Children look for the pairs and, once found, explain which behaviour is right and why. It also works as a memory game or a sorting task — two piles, right and wrong. What matters is not speed but the conversation each card starts.
🧑🏫 Tips for professionals
The material makes group conversations about responsibility easy: a card gives a concrete situation, so the discussion does not drift. Speech therapists use it to build narrative structure — the child tells what happened, what came before and what will come next. The cards are small, so they fit on a table and suit one-to-one or small-group work.
