For educational institutions: aids supplied with an invoice and via SABIS
We work with nurseries, schools, educational psychology services, care homes, rehabilitation centres and private practitioners. We issue institutions with a VAT invoice and you can pay by bank transfer — there is no need to pay by card in advance. Delivery is free on orders over €99 including VAT — the same condition applies to educational institutions.
How to place an order
- Send us a list of products. Write to us by e-mail telling us which aids you need and how many — give the product names or the product codes (SKU), which you will find on each product page. We will prepare a quotation with prices excluding and including VAT.
- Or order directly on the website. On the order form, select the customer type „Educational institution“ and enter your institution code (and your VAT code, if you have one).
- Choose how you would like to receive the invoice. Let us know whether we should upload the invoice to the SABIS system or whether you will do it yourselves — either option is fine.
- Pay by bank transfer against the invoice you receive. Once we have received payment, we dispatch the goods.
Invoices and SABIS
Public sector institutions have to receive invoices electronically, so we issue the invoices and upload them to the SABIS system ourselves — your accounts department does not have to do anything extra. If your institution’s procedures require you to upload the invoice to SABIS yourselves, simply indicate this when placing the order and we will send the invoice by e-mail. The invoice states a 14-day payment term.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over €99 including VAT — for all buyers alike: educational institutions, private practitioners and organisations. For smaller orders the delivery cost is shown at checkout. We send orders by LP Express parcel locker or courier — you can choose the delivery method when placing your order.
What institutions buy most often
Speech therapy and language development aids, myofunctional therapy aids (AKROS, Z-Vibe), oral motor training aids, sensory and fine motor aids, and auditory perception aids. They are intended for speech and language therapists, special needs teachers, occupational therapists and early years practitioners.

Buying without a tender
Educational aids are not in the CPO LT catalogue, so an institution can buy them directly — by way of an unpublished enquiry, without a public tender. If the purchase needs to be supported by documents, we will send an official quotation with product codes and prices, which you can attach to your procurement paperwork.

How long does delivery take?
Items in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Professional educational equipment is ordered from the manufacturer – delivery takes about 2–3 weeks; this is stated on each such product page.

For educational institutions, the invoice states a 14-day payment term. Payment is by bank transfer.
Do you work with institutions in Latvia?
Yes. For Latvian educational institutions we send the invoice by e-mail (SABIS is a Lithuanian system only).
