🦁 Six wooden animals that have to be stacked one on top of another without the tower falling over. “Ze Totanimo” is a Djeco balancing game in which the child builds an animal totem following a card and discovers with their own hands what a centre of gravity is.
✨ What does this game develop?
- Spatial awareness – the picture has to be read and then reproduced in three-dimensional space;
- Fine motor skills and a steady hand – each figure has to be placed slowly and precisely;
- Patience and concentration – a child in a hurry knocks their own tower down;
- Logical reasoning – 3 levels of difficulty let children grow along with the game.
🎲 How to play at home
Draw a card and try to build the same totem. Start with the easiest ones – then move on to the harder ones, where the animals balance on the narrowest of supports. You can also play without the cards: who can build the tallest tower without toppling it.
🧑🏫 Tips for specialists
An excellent aid for strengthening eye–hand coordination and movement control – the child learns to judge how much force to use and to slow a movement down. The task cards let you set the difficulty precisely, so the game also works for group work where the children’s abilities differ. Building on a vertical plane or while standing at a table brings trunk stability into play as well.

- 20 cards with tasks at 3 levels of difficulty;
